We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at the London Community Small Business Centre Inc. This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour workweek.
Work SettingThis role will be based in our office and will involve working in a fast-paced business services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support business operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
- Assist with the coordination of events and activities.
- Represent the company at various economic and social organizations.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, database software, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
