Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Coordinator to join our Specialized Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mental health and substance use services, working closely with healthcare professionals and community partners to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and assign requests for consultation
* Prioritize consultations based on urgency and patient assessment
* Provide liaison with physician, nursing unit staff, and other healthcare professionals
* Support care planning and education for healthcare professionals

Requirements:

* Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN
* Three years of recent related clinical experience in an acute care mental health and substance use setting
* Current valid driver's license
