Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate patient care in mental health and substance use settings. As a key member of our community health team, you will work closely with inter-professional staff, emergency services, and community service providers to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing intensive outreach nursing care, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to assigned clients in hospital, residential, or community settings.
* Design, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans to maximize community functioning and reduce re-hospitalization.
* Work collaboratively with the team to promote client-focused care, cultural safety, and trauma-informed practice.
Requirements:
* Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant.
* Minimum 2 years nursing experience in mental health and substance use programming or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
