About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that parts are received, controlled, and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify all incoming parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Mark and store received parts with proper work order numbers
  • Communicate effectively with production and management staff to ensure seamless coordination
  • Participate in daily production meetings to provide essential information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid status in Canada and ability to work independently
  • Proficient keyboarding skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
