Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Consultant to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our People First HR Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering people and culture solutions to our clients across Canada.

This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of Human Resources and a proven track record of building consensus among stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing projects focused on people and culture solutions, assessing and providing recommendations to organizations, and establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people and culture solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to clients
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve client outcomes
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance client skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 7 years' experience in HR or management consulting
  • Experience facilitating training and developing training programs
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate concepts into practical outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to apply logic and experience to develop solutions
