Job Summary

Mehfill Shawarma and Kathi Roll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, menu planning, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
