Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at SK Global Traders Limited.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and a secondary school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  2. Supervise and train other workers.
  3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  4. Manage contracts and agreements.
  5. Provide administrative support to senior management.
  6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Requirements:
  • A high level of education and relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work language: English.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 based on industry standards and location.
