About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hangcha Forklift Canada. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, using your analytical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their technical issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions, to aid in future support efforts.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in computer systems and networks.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
