Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including estimators, construction superintendents, and sub-trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
