Job Summary:

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of residential construction projects.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, estimators, and construction superintendents.
  3. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks and overruns.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality construction work, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician Certificate/Degree, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management software.
