About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to join our team at King Condo Management Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure our properties are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry and provide administrative support to the property management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
