  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to optimize profitability and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to build strong relationships.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
