Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary:
Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth procurement of stationery and supplies for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of supplier information and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Secondary V diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in office environment, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
- Intermediate computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
