Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to spearhead our revenue growth strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, designing and implementing the revenue strategy, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a strong sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Spearhead the revenue strategy by designing and implementing the team's strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
- Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients.
- Executive administration by owning the demand plan and preparing dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, and projections.
- Proven sales leadership experience in a distribution company.
- Expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.
- Leadership skills to foster a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships and navigate customer hesitance.
