Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to spearhead our accelerated growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will create and execute strategic plans for marketing and sales, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead and grow a process-driven, committed, and accountable sales team
- Provide coaching and support to ensure team success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision
- Drive profitable revenue growth through enterprise selling and building and optimizing our revenue team, process, and strategy
- Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution for measurable revenue growth
- Ability to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience working in sales for a distribution company
