Territory Growth Specialist

Business Focus:
As a Territory Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution growth in your assigned territory. You will represent our clients at grocery/mass stores, building relationships with key retail contacts and negotiating incremental sales.
Key Tasks:
- Core Program Fundamentals: Execute sales, negotiation, and display building
- KPI Performance: Achieve above-target results in KPIs, such as sales growth, distribution, and innovation speed to market
- Retail Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships with all key retail contacts, including retail owners and managers
- Fund Allocation: Manage effective allocation of funds and complete thorough budget documentation
- Catergory Expertise: Act as a category expert, providing timely and insightful retail feedback to our client
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Experience in territory management and valid driver's license
- Organized, flexible, and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills and experience with MS Office and call reporting tools
