We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef Lead to join our team at Pizza Hut.
Job SummaryThis is a leadership role responsible for managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
