You will also instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, and supervise them on a regular basis. Furthermore, you will arrange for equipment purchases and repairs, recruit and hire staff, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
