We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1391049 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
