About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in fundraising, sales, or recruitment to join our team. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, building relationships with, and engaging clinicians to join our healthcare delivery service. You'll leverage your sales, fundraising, or recruitment experience to develop innovative reach-out opportunities and build a recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to expand the candidate pool and employer brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and TELUS Health advocates
  • Identify and develop opportunities to engage clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Continuously improve recruitment and relationship-building performance through data-driven insights
  • Represent TELUS Health at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or recruitment
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience with social media platforms and prospecting portals
