Administrative Support Professional for Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Trillium Midwives. This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
This position involves interviewing patients to obtain case histories, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and performing data entry tasks.
You will also be responsible for initiating and maintaining confidential medical files and records, providing customer service, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with a focus on administrative procedures and office management.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college or CEGEP diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and electronic scheduling software
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as relocation costs covered by the employer.
