Spectrum Health Care is a leading home health care provider in Canada.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exemplary client service and support to patients, clients, and clinical staff. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively liaise with community partners, clients, and staff, ensuring seamless coordination of services.

This part-time position requires a high level of multitasking and prioritization, as you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating PSW and Nurse services, responding to inquiries from LHIN and employees, and reporting client and staff concerns to the Home Support Supervisor.

With a strong background in office administration, you will possess proficiency in Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn proprietary software. Medical terminology knowledge is an asset but not required. Additional language skills are also considered beneficial.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. This rate reflects the company's commitment to fair compensation and recognizes the value of dedicated professionals like yourself.
