We have three conveniently located clinics in South Mississauga, Toronto's Financial District, and Hamilton's Corktown/Durand area, offering a range of outpatient services that address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

The Role(s)

We seek exceptional MSWs and Psychotherapists to join our team, delivering quality patient-centered care while following leading clinical practices. Our supportive culture prioritizes respect, care, and accountability towards patients and staff.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Deliver one-on-one therapeutic care, incorporating assessment, treatment planning, and outcomes monitoring.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional teams to provide patient-focused care and determine the need for additional or alternative services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care activity.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards of practice.
  • Work closely with the clinic operations team to build and retain your practice.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Qualifications

  • Registered with the appropriate College in good standing.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centered care into clinical practice.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions.
  • Commitment to service excellence, including continuing education and continuous quality improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • We seek top-notch clinicians who are passionate about mental health and want to be part of a growing Institution.
  • Evening and Weekend availability is crucial.
  • A minimum of 3 days per week, including at least 1 evening and 1 day on the weekend.
  • Clinicians who are fully invested in their growth and practice at BeWell.
  • In-person availability is required in addition to virtual sessions.
  • Training/experience in Couples Therapy, Art Therapy, Child/Youth Therapy, EMDR, Structured CBT is an asset.
  • Currently not accepting candidates who are in another private practice.
