Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and guidance.
  • Assess clients' financial needs and develop tailored financial plans to meet their objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them to stay on track with their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
  • Self-initiative in driving career and personal development.
  • Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset.
