About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at WH Financial Services Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify potential client markets and analyze their insurance needs.

Client Acquisition and Retention

Establish relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Policy Administration

Ensure that all necessary policy requirements are completed, including forms, medical examinations, and other documentation.

Claims Management

Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Certifications and Licenses

A provincial or territorial license is required.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
