About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at TRAPPED, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve technical expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software, including operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
