As a Technical Support Specialist at TRAPPED, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues related to computer hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on technical procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve technical expertise.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software, including operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
