Cheryl Moulton Insurance Agency is a reputable insurance agency seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and building strong relationships with them.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Insurance Advisor to establish and maintain personalized relationships with our clients, educate them on our insurance products, and work with our agents to meet marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a successful record of meeting goals and quotas, and experience in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized telephone contact and in-person meetings.
  • Insurance Product Education: Educate clients on our insurance products and services, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals, and contribute to the sales process by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Client-Focused Solutions: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Successful Record of Meeting Goals and Quotas: A proven track record of meeting goals and quotas, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, with a focus on life insurance and a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • LLQP License: A valid LLQP license is required for this position.
  • OTL or RIBO License: An OTL or RIBO license is also required for this position.
Qualifications
  • College Diploma: A college diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting, claims, sales, or service, is an asset.
  • OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty License: A valid OTL/RIBO property and casualty license is preferred.
  • LLQP License: A valid LLQP license is required.
  • Prior Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License: A valid Ontario driver's license is required.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
