Personal Support Worker

Bloom Care Solutions is a growing Digital Health Technology and Services company on a mission to improve care experiences. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Support clients in safely ambulating and transferring, and perform delegated tasks as required.
- Promote client independence and provide psychological and emotional support.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, family members, and stakeholders.
- Promote a safe environment for both clients and workers.
Requirements:
- PSW certification or diploma is a must.
- First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate (within 1 year).
- Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Tb test and Immunizations (up to date).
