Overview
CarePartners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in home and community care settings. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients, promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to special diets and care plans.
Requirements
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
- Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
