About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Construction & Renovation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisitioning and equipment management.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train workers, as well as arrange for ongoing professional development.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret and understand blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong team player skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience: Possess at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
