About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Homelife Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of skilled tradespeople, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, plasterers, drywall installers and finishers, fence erectors, and trades helpers.
  • Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols on site.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
