Restaurant Operations Manager

Pizzaiolo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer experience
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to meet budget goals
- Monitor revenue and labor costs to ensure efficient operations
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
- Manage events and catering services
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College/CEGEP education
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
