This role is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging and dynamic work environment where they can apply their skills and experience to contribute to the success of our team. As a yard rail operator at Railserve, Canada, you will be responsible for operating electric, diesel-electric, or gas-turbine-electric locomotives, pumping liquid chemicals, liquid petroleum products, and other liquids from tank cars, interpreting train orders, signals, and rules and regulations, transporting freight, and timely and correct switching and placement of rail cars.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rail operations, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have reliable transportation to work every day. Additional qualifications include being extremely dependable and punctual in attendance, having good communication skills, and being able to prioritize multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a timely manner.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on location and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
