Railserve Operations Manager

Railserve, Canada is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rail car loading, unloading, and moving services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rail and process operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. They will be proficient in using computers, MS Word, Excel, and E-Mail, and will have excellent communication skills. The ability to work well with others as part of a team is essential.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a timely manner. They will also be able to maintain a safe working environment by ensuring that all employees understand and follow all safety rules.
This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include company pension, dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, RRSP match, tuition reimbursement, and vision care.
