We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Device Support Specialist to join our team at Evvo. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees across all functional areas, ensuring optimal understanding and maximizing the effectiveness of our Netsuite system.
Key Responsibilities- Device Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Shipping and Warehouse Management: Prepare shipping orders and carry out other warehouse-related tasks to ensure efficient device management.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and report device-related data to support business operations.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and participate in mandatory training to ensure a safe working environment.
- Problem Resolution and Optimization: Provide recommendations for problem resolution and participate in optimization meetings and exercises to improve device management processes.
- Technical Expertise: Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytic skills to troubleshoot complex device issues.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with employees and provide technical support.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well in a team environment and independently to manage device-related tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (Mandatory) and French (Non-mandatory) to communicate effectively with employees.
