Bilingual Recruiter Job Opening in Canada

Adecco Professional is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Canada. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating end-to-end recruitment for a large volume of talent across Canada, including skilled trades, general labour, inside/outside sales, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, from job advertisements to interviewing and reference checks.
  • Generate and utilize various recruiting sources and your existing network to uncover top talent.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal staff to determine hiring needs and drive the recruitment process.
  • Track hires and ensure all required documents and paperwork are obtained and accurate.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of successful high-volume recruitment experience, with end-to-end experience required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and experience in Workday HCM or Workday Recruitment ATS.
  • Knowledge of the ESA and ability to ensure all laws are adhered to during the recruitment/hiring process.
  • Excellent Bilingual communication and interpersonal skills, with both verbal and written proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines.
