Adecco Professional is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to fill a high-volume job opening in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for a large volume of talent across Canada, including skilled trades, general labour, inside/outside sales, and administration.
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, from job advertisements to interviewing and reference checks.
  • Utilize various recruiting sources and networks to uncover top talent.
  • Liaise with internal staff to determine hiring needs and drive the recruitment process.
  • Track hires and ensure all required documents and compliance are obtained.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience, with end-to-end experience required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and experience with Workday HCM or Workday Recruitment ATS.
  • Knowledge of the ESA and ability to ensure all laws are adhered to during the recruitment/hiring process.
  • Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills, with both verbal and written proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines.
  • Self-driven and a team player with creative and outgoing skills.
