We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Relationship Manager to join our team at 0101 The Huntington National Bank in Gahanna, OH.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment where you will have the opportunity to help our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Customer Experience Relationship Manager, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Serve as a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
  • Proactively identify financial goals and needs of customers and recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products and services.
  • Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online and mobile banking services.
  • Demonstrate strong comfort level with technology and ability to educate customers on its use.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
