We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at FreshCo in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care, exceeding patient expectations, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, loyalty, and sales.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store vision and goals.
- Ensure efficient operation of the business to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
- Authorization to Administer Injections.
- Management experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
