Pharmacy Director

RK Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, oversee payroll administration, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, word processing software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore, retail business.
- Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
