Business Development Manager

Job Description
As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that customer service standards are met. In this role, you will be working closely with your team to meet overall goals and maintain corporate standards. You will also have the opportunity to participate in sales training, analyze sales results, and develop innovative solutions to improve them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must possess excellent leadership skills, be a natural motivator, and have strong communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mobilizing your team, creating a positive work environment, and fostering a sense of pride and belonging in being part of the La Vie en Rose team.
