**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams on the ground, assisting in the preparation of estimates and proposals, coordinating interventions with clients and subcontractors, and planning preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings in the Greater Montreal area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage teams on the ground and ensure effective coordination of tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates and proposals for clients.
  • Coordinate interventions with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings in the Greater Montreal area.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and bid documents.
  • Organize regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement plans for employee development and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the hiring process and ensure timely completion of all necessary steps.
  • Manage the team's interventions, including frigorists, electricians, MMF, plumbers, and other specialists.
  • Ensure the traceability of maintenance interventions.
  • Participate in the development of contract invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel management and coordination of technical maintenance tasks in public or commercial buildings with high client interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of all areas of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including preventive maintenance systems.
  • Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to act as a resource (coach) for team members to resolve building-related problems.
  • DEC/BAC in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Leadership/charisma.
  • Studies in building mechanics (an asset).
  • Fluency in French.
