As a Senior Application Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us define long-term strategies and roadmaps for some of our most complex applications.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with client leaders and fellow PMs, ensuring a deep understanding of their priorities, smooth implementations, and delivery of features. You'll also be responsible for expert product solutioning, professional and timely client communication, and executing strong product judgment.

You may work with one or multiple customers or prospects, moving from customer to customer as League grows. You'll leverage the broad range of capabilities in the League platform to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. When custom solutioning is required, you'll partner with design, engineering, strategy, and your product peers to create solutions that are engaging, cohesive, and help people lead healthier happier lives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to closely track client metrics to monitor solution health and participate in organizational product reviews to lend your expertise to the solutions developed by other PMs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the roadmap for various A&S customers, identifying opportunities to create new capabilities or optimize existing ones.
  • Developing the client relationship through offering, educating, and delivering League solutions while understanding and promoting the client's vision and needs within League.
  • Running product discovery, compiling product requirements, and soliciting engineering feedback to create solution definitions that are strategic and compelling.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on the League platform capabilities.
  • Proactively managing and prioritizing the backlog of enhancements.
  • Monitoring engagement with the applications you manage and identifying opportunities to create value and exceed our goals.
  • Communicating effectively and clearly articulating trade-offs to internal and external leadership.
  • Defining requirements and value propositions for custom features and complex capability deployments.

We're looking for an experienced product manager with 5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, particularly in the payer market. You should have exceptional client management skills, including clear communication and relationship development. Additionally, you should be able to balance client requests with organizational goals, possess expert-level feature solutioning skills, and have experience working with large engineering teams and corporate clients.

As a member of our team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities rapidly shift and needs often compete.
