League is a leading health tech company that's changing the way people access their healthcare. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of connecting League to prospective accounts and accelerating digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, with 2 years of experience in outbound sales environments. You'll target executive-level decision-makers at healthcare provider systems, payers, and consumer healthcare organizations using multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual/in-person events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality net new platform opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends, industry news, and existing connections/networks to generate interest with new prospects
  • Utilize Salesforce as the ultimate source of truth to track communications, next steps, and deal information
  • Work closely with marketing to leverage messaging, events, and collateral to generate interest in League
  • Continue to build knowledge of the enterprise sales process and outreach, opportunity progression, and management skills
  • Share learning with newer team members to help everyone grow League

Security-Related Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches, or policy violations

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales environment with a solid understanding of the enterprise sales cycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creative mindset, and willingness to continuously learn new things
  • Track record of success in technology sales, preferably in selling platforms or digital solutions to executive decision-makers at healthcare providers and payers

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role in Canada is between $80,000 and $120,000 CAD per annum, exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries across all Canadian locations.
