About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market People Leader to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and evolution of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and related planning to support business growth and risk management.
  • Provide HR support to market leadership, ensuring compliance with human resource management and provincial compensation laws.
  • Support restaurant profitability through audit, analysis, and coaching, working with General Managers and Operations Consultants to elevate priority restaurant performance.
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and talent management, sourcing, selecting, hiring, on-boarding, and developing people to address competency needs and retain qualified talent.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives, providing leadership, coaching, and expertise to drive continuous improvement and growth in business results.
Requirements

We are looking for a driven HR professional with a post-secondary education in the Human Resources field and previous experience working in food service or retail in a HR context. You should have a keen sense of what success and celebration should look like for the team you are working with, and be able to adapt quickly to changing information, situations, and direction.
