About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources professional to join our team as a Market People Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our market leadership, contributing to the development and implementation of human resources strategies, and ensuring compliance with provincial compensation laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business growth and evolution
  • Provide HR support to market leadership, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with provincial compensation laws and standards
  • Support the development of a change management strategy to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Operations Consultants to elevate restaurant performance and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience working in food service or retail in an HR context
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing information and situations
