About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team as a Market People Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our market leadership, contributing to the development and implementation of human resources strategies, and ensuring compliance with provincial compensation laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business growth and evolution
  • Provide HR support to market leadership, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with provincial compensation laws and standards
  • Support restaurant profitability through audit, analysis, and coaching
  • Oversee and coordinate market-wide succession planning to ensure a healthy talent pipeline
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a post-secondary education in the Human Resources field and previous experience working in food service or retail in an HR context. You will also need to be a driven HR professional who understands general principles and matters, while knowing your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis, and strategy. You will need to be actively engaged with people and demonstrate care, respect, and passion for our guests.
