Senior Director of Technology Strategy

Avison Young is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its technology strategy as a Senior Director of Technology Strategy. This critical role will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of business applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of business systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and workflows through the effective use of technology, automation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and priorities and ensure that business systems effectively support their requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business systems and management, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline is required, with professional certifications such as PMI, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma being a plus.
