Director of Structured Finance and Innovation

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in the financial industry? We are seeking a highly skilled Director to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.
About the Role:As a Director of Structured Finance and Innovation, you will play a key role in supporting companies across Canada in their financing needs. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and implement financial strategies that meet the clients' objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic support to clients in the development and implementation of financial strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and analyze complex financial models
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in the preparation of files, including the analysis and establishment of financing structures
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the Bank
- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and 7 years of relevant experience OR completed Master's degree, related to the industry, and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in complex trade credit, acquisition loans, and knowledge of business products and services
- Experience analyzing complex financial models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
