About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dana Pani Indian Cuisine Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate food and supply costs, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
  • Analyze operating costs and data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Train and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, quality, and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
